Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL/FTL freight, depending on the size and destination of the order.
  • Customers can select their preferred shipping method during checkout. Freight quotes are available upon request.
  • Customers are responsible for determining if lift gate services are needed for shipments that are too heavy or bulky to unload manually, particularly if they don’t have access to a loading dock or forklift. Lift gates are required for all residential deliveries, and in some cases, business addresses without a loading dock will also need a lift gate. Customers can select this option at checkout based on their assessment.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders begin processing the next business day after the order is placed and will typically ship within 48-72 business hours.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to help@repurpose.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order and there is a $15 cancellation charge.

Shipping Costs

  • Live rate estimates are provided at checkout for both small parcel and LTL freight options and are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the order, as well as residential vs. commercial addresses.
  • We reserve the right to update your order with any additional shipping charges after the final shipping arrangements have been made (examples include lift gate or accessorial delivery charges, service area upcharges, etc.)
  • If any changes are necessary, you will be notified for final approval before we begin processing the order. In the event of a shipping rate adjustment, you will be issued an invoice, which will require payment within 24 hours in order for us to release the order into fulfillment. The amount is subject to change after that period as shipping rates vary day-to-day.
  • In some cases, additional charges may apply at the time of delivery or after delivery (address correction fees, re-deliver fees, etc.). Repurpose has up to 30 days to apply those additional charges to the order, and should this happen, you will be invoiced and notified as well.

Freight Terms

  • For LTL/FTL shipments, standard freight terms are FOB (Freight on Board) origin. Risk and title of goods pass to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse.
  • For all residential shipments liftgate services will be required. 
  • Appointment deliveries, and other special freight services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Repurpose is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives missing items or damaged, please notify us within 48 business hours with the following information:
  • If your order ships via a freight carrier service, at the time of delivery you will be asked to sign a proof of delivery (BOL). If your order is damaged or missing items, please ensure you notate this on the receiving paperwork and notify us along with images of the damage if applicable. If the receiving paperwork is properly noted, we will file a claim with the carrier to issue a refund and/or replacement. If the receiving paperwork is not properly noted with the damage or missing items, we will be unable to assist in claims or refunds. 
  • If your order ships via a small parcel carrier such as UPS and/or FedEx, please notify us of any missing items or damages (along with images) and we will file a claim with the carrier. 
  • Carrier claim resolution times can vary and will impact timing for replacements and/or refunds.

Returns & Refused Shipments

  • Return requests for wholesale orders are subject to our return policy. Refused shipments will not receive a refund.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to show movement.
